At RailPlan

In order to realize
our goal, our Quality Policy, the objectives of RailPlan
International, Inc. shall include;
1. Establish and
document an interrelated organization of personnel contributing to
Quality.
2. Clearly define
the responsibility and authority of all of our employees.
3. Identify, provide
and utilize the required resources to be successful.
4. Educate our
employees in all required job performance and verification tasks.
5. Establish and
maintain an effective and efficient, documented, Quality Management
System.
6. Regularly audit
the established system, define corrective actions and react to those
findings.
7. Periodically
review the progress and status of the Quality System and it's
effectiveness.
8. Use statistical,
or other Quality tools, when indicated, for continual Quality
improvement.

Acknowledge & adhere to a our policy; we will not knowingly ship
defective product.
10. Strive to
continuously improve in all that we do.
It is, therefore, the
policy of RailPlan International, Inc. to provide defect free
products the first time and every time and to provide services to
meet our customer’s needs. Our Quality philosophy calls upon all
employees to strive for continuous improvement through the Quality
Improvement process and sets a zero defect goal as the only
acceptable level of performance.
