The goal is always to insure the safest, highest quality product that can be constructed at a reasonable price, and delivered on time. If the project is properly managed from the start, change orders and delays can be minimized, if not eliminated. The consultant’s job is to guide his customer to have reasonable expectations and to insure that the contractor satisfies those expectations.
